Bethany Perkins

Bethany Perkins (she/her) is a Maine based soprano, pianist, director and teacher who believes in the power of music to create change and uplift communities. Bethany’s background includes 25 years as a private piano and vocal instructor, and of performing professionally as a classical soloist; as well as 20 years of church music leadership. Bethany also worked for many years in public school music education and musical theater direction. Currently, Bethany leads vocal ensembles, teaches piano and voice group classes, and has a private studio of students at 317 Main Community Music Center in Yarmouth. She is also the music director at New Brackett Church on Peaks Island. Bethany regularly performs as a soprano with Aurora Camerata and Top Hat Productions, and on keys with Opus One Big Band.
