Anna Pearlman

Anna Pearlman is the founder and Music Director of North Star Baroque.  Raised in the greater Boston area, she was immersed in Baroque music from an early age.  She later participated in Harvard University’s Baroque Orchestra and the Oberlin Baroque Performance Institute.  Her teachers have included Janet Packer, Ronald Lantz of the Portland String Quartet, Dr. Robert Lehmann, Sarah Darling, Jane Starkman, and her father Martin Pearlman, Director of Boston Baroque.

Anna performs throughout New England on both modern and Baroque violin, as well as on modern viola.  She resides in Gorham, Maine.
